The room was fairly clean, but some areas, like the vents, needed attention. The mattress was firm, which I appreciated, and the pillows, though not to my preference, were plentiful. I liked the desk and comfortable office chair, perfect for work. A refrigerator was included, which was convenient. The shower had a strong spray with ample hot water. Towels were thick and abundant. there were occasional yellow stains on linens, and the breakfast options were minimal. Noise from the busy road added a slight distraction, but overall comfort was satisfactory.

The units are new-fashioned, neat.

it was a really really nice stay for 4 nights over christmas. this hotel was located in a central area close to many attractions, and restaurants and shopping. also, it was 10 mins drive from north hills village mall.

The stay was a nightmare. The place was filthy—mold in the bathroom and sticky stuff all over the carpet. I had to navigate cobwebs just to plug my phone in. Definitely not worth the money; I won't return.

Haley's service was exceptional; she meticulously cleaned my blouse after it was stained in the washing machine, showcasing her dedication. the room fell short with a musty carpet and outdated furniture, making the stay feel overpriced. the pool was closed, and I had issues with the air conditioning that forced a room change late into my visit. The experience had its highs, but the property's condition and amenities need significant improvement.

The staff is amazingly nice, the breakfast above average, the location is ideal very close to surprisingly quite nice and the football stadium and a restaurant down the street. Would definitely book here again, loved this place, thank you.

The boxed breakfast offered variety of dishes. Overall it was large and functional, with a private bathroom.

Loved the comfy double room we stayed in for two nights; the staff was super friendly and helpful! It’s a shame the pool wasn’t open during our visit, but we still enjoyed a cozy TV room. Just a heads up, the AC was a bit noisy, so you might want to bring earplugs for a better sleep! 😊

The setting was odd.

Me and a couple friends came from Kingston Ontario to see a Pirates game. The location was great didn't seem that far of a cab ride at all ! Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again if ever in the area.

The wifi was good but seemed like it timed out from time to time. Could have purchased the next level up but for how long we spent in the room it wasn't needed.

Loved the hot tub area; perfect for rejuvenating after a day exploring museums and shops. The free breakfast treats were a delightful touch. The rivers offered watery fun—one even felt like Slippery Rock. hilarious!

Nothing like having an unexpected hallway party at all hours is what I call a perfect night's sleep.

The staff was professional, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and relaxing- liked the dark room trim and closet panels, the rolling cloth blinds and comfy bed. The breakfasts were excellent. The breakfast staff was on their toes the entire time ensuring everyone had what they wanted and needed- with a smile. Could not have asked for any better service.

The card keys were not properly working- needed to ask desk clerk to reboot key. The second time- just used one card key.

The staff was very friendly and professional during my stay.
